My young charges had some solid and spectacular performances at the Northern California Frosh/Soph Championship Meet this weekend. Most oof my kids at Dulbin plus some others I train did very well and show great promise for the future. Dublin is looking deep on the girls side. The Dublin girls seem ready to fill the shoes of former Gael graduate Noria Mitchell. Granada also had two of its fastest aprinters on the boys and girls side that happen to be undercalssmen also at the meet.

Dublin High school girls 4×100 relay team of Mecca McGlaston, Jessica Bouchard, Alexis Kelly and Alicia Tran set a meet record of 50.04. It also is just .04 off the Dublin High school record. All these girls are just freshman and sophomores. So we’ve got many great years of sprinting to come from these young ladies.

Ryan Jones led a strong boys contingent running well in the invitational section of the 100 and 200m as well as both relays. The boys 4×400 relay set a new meet record.

Track: NCS Tri-Valley Championships- Gamespeed athletes sprint well and move on to next level.

Noria continued her sprint dominance in the Tri- Valley with commanding wins in the 100m 12.27 and 200m 25.25 a personal best.

Dublin 4×100 Team finished 3rd

Dublin men’s 400m relay finished 3rd running a season best 43.03.

Team consisted of Adeola Olayomi (Jr), Devin Trujillo (Jr), Artis Jones (Sr), Anthony Egbujor (Sr).

Kat Hupke (California/ Jr)100m 12.68 6th, 200m 25.80 4th. Kat has overcome knee surgery just earlier this year to return to amazing form. She will be one to watch next year for sure.

Hadley Swanson (Campolindo /Sr). Hadley won the long jump with a leap of 17’6.5. 400m 5th 59.88. High Jump 2nd in 5’2″, 4×400 relay 6th.

Adeola Olayami placed 5th in his heat of the 400m with a time of 51.44. 13th overall.

Artis Jones: 100m 11.19 4th, 200m 22.88 8th.
