Just wanted to give
you an update and to thank you for working with Brandee. A year ago this week she
came to you coming a 7 month period of inactivity due to her broken leg, barely
able to walk , less run.
With your help she got herself in a position to compete in her senior year in high
school The results: all league in volleyball, basketball, and softball named the
female athlete of the year at Antioch High School and the North Coast Scholar Athlete
($1000 scholarship)
She was also the valedictorian
for her class. She is getting ready to start her college experience at the University
of Hawaii. She and I are both very thankful for the help you provided in giving
her the chance to have a positive experience her senior year.

Mitchell's dad. Just a quick not of thanks for everything you've done with
Mitchell. I give Gamespeed a ton of credit in Mitchell's journey thru baseball.
You got him before his junior year and I firmly believe your program played a big
part in his overall development. Sorry to see the shop moving so far away, but really
gald to see your firm expand. Hopefully, Mitchell will find time to get out
there.

Gamespeed really works! Aaron is outstanding, Great results.
My son has knocked off close to a second in the 60 yd run because of Aaron's program. I highly recommend Gamespeed. He will get the slow faster and get the fast even faster. Personel attention too! Its hard work but worth every drop of sweat...

My son still goes to him after a couple years. His 60 time went from 7.15 in the fall of 04 to a 6.60 at area codes. If your getting ready for the showcase season, he is an absolute must!

Just an FYI, Mitchell was voted Bay Counties League (BCL) - East / League MVP last night by the league coaches. Gamespeed has alot to do with that honor and I thank you.

Well, your Gamespeed off season training has really produced for Mitchell. His power is unreal, hitting the snot out of the ball, batting .563 at this point and tied for the State of California RBI lead with 44. He's leading the Bay Area outright.
He's dying to get back to work at Gamespeed, he's very motivated. Thank you for everything Aaron

Thought I would share this with you.
Yesterday, at Kenny's varsity season opener, he went 3 AB, 2 home runs, 1 double, and 1 walk; with a total of 6 RBIs. He also closed the game (pitched 2 innings), strikeout 4, allowed no hit or runs.... I thought he did great as a sophomore.
Both my wife, Xiaomei, and I know it has a lot to do with your instruction and gamespeed training since he did not have any home run last varsity season. Thank you.

Hope all is going well. First off, you're work with Mitchell has shown unreal results. Overall speed, foot speed and power have improved big time and for that, we thank you.

I ran the 55m (7.53) and the 200m (26.77). I think these times were about as fast as I could run at the end of August. However, my recovery is MUCH better
