Tennis Agility: Agility is the ability to change direction without the loss of speed, power, strength, balance or control. Sports agility teaches the athlete the best techniques to move with the greatest speed and quickness, with minimal wasted movement or action. This is done by simple and complex drilling exercises (hand, eye, and footwork) that through modeling and neurological conditioning of these movements will become habit. |
