Phase 1: Build a Physical Foundation, "Lets put something under the "hood"

Length: 6 weeks
This phase is characterized building the platform for athletic

performance by developing the proper muscular strength, endurance and motor control. You will also develop strength and range of motion in smaller muscle groups, core areas and common break points.

Phase 2: Develop Skills, Teaching the Body How To Move Athletically.

Length: 6 weeks
An intermediate phase characterized by blending muscular strength,
coordination with athletic movement and mechanics.
