Aaron, armed with his own personal experiences as a world class caliber competitor (10.02w/10.18 for 100 meters & 20.45w/20.52 200m, 6.56 60m and American record holder for age group 35-39 year olds for 100 meters with a time of 10.34!!) coupled with mentoring from some of the worlds best minds in speed development such as Dixon Farmer Director for US Olympic Training Facility, Ray Norton former World Record Holder at 100 & 200 meters.
