FuturePro Football Training
FuturePro provides a professional, comprehensive development package for the
collegiate as well as professional football player. The programs sole purpose is
to produce and develop collegiate and professional caliber athletes. Every year
apsiring pro athletes pay thousands of dollars to train at "Combine Mills",
places that deal in wholesale training . You end up being a number in a group at
these places with no assurance your individual needs are addressed. At this
point in your career do you need someone just to workout you out?
If yes, your problems are much bigger than combine testing.
At GAMESPEED the focus is to help you become a better football player. Our focus
is training only those facets that ensure your success. The combine is an
important part of the draft process but its how you perform on the field that
ultimately matters. Our goal is to see athletes "WOW" in the combine testing and
more importatnly on the field.
How is the FuturePro program different?
-
You work soley with the man in charge, the person with the expertise, your not
handed off to assistants.
-
The program goes beyond Combine preparation but also into GamePlay specific
training.
-
Flexible training schedules to fit your situation, one to one, small group,
double day, tune ups. No generic itenerary to follow, we do what's best for your
body.
The GAMEPLAY way to train.
Training for GAMEPLAY is the basis of the GAMESPEED FuturePro approach to
training. Heres how I go about it:
Step One: Profile the Draft/Recruit Position
I analyze the duties of the position and the acceptable combine performances for
a draftable prospect.
Step Two: Assess & Prioritize: I conduct a sit down assessment of
trouble or deficient areas with the athlete and agent. We then establish a list
of areas and prioritize them according to impact on draft performance.
Step Three: Devise A Training Strategy: Devise training
methodology to raise current abilities to the Draft Model.
Step Four: Train for combine , Train for play, Evaluate and Train some
more!!
The goal is to have simultaneoius improvement in testing as well as playing
abilities.
For Example:
After a base program developing overall conditioning and athleticism (combine
testing) a receiver would perform position specific exercises such as:
Vision Work, Hand Strength & Quickness, Route Skills, Contact- Balance, After
the Catch Skills
We physically prepare you, then hone your skills so you use them Game day!
