| PHASE II The second phase of these exercises provides the proper neuromuscular programming (firing) and coordination of the muscle groups. You want to eliminate the flat-footed "start-stop" type of performance. This phase is also characterized by repetitive or rhythmic jumping. This would include learning balance, coordination of limbs and proper take off and landing techniques. |
