GAMESPEED IS NOT A FRANCHISE
- It is privately owned by an active world-class athlete. This is my day job. Ive been in this business all my adult life.
- No corporate interest to maximize profits, I see the athlete as a person not a number on a balance sheet.
- No cookie cutter programs, packages or systems pre-made by an instructor you never see or meet. You deal with the expert himself.
- My programs are tailor made by "me" for each athlete according to sport, position, time of season and physical attributes.
- I am more readily able to be flexible and respond to personal situations.
Testimonial: Cynthia & James Darnell (parents of SRV High prep baseball athlete top 70 in the nation): Our son is a very talented baseball player . We didnt like the "canned" approach to training other programs offered. We felt we needed something that addressed the needs and talents of our son. Aaron has provided that and we are pleased with the results.
I LIVE WHAT I TEACH!
I am proud to say that I currently undergo some of the same training my athletes do. I know what it feels like and I know how to do it, no text- book training of someone else’s ideas. Most days I'm still wiping off the sweat from my own workout before I start with my clients. How can these so called trainers expousing the latest techniques know what they are if they havent experienced it for themsleves.
Testimonial: Aaron Mc Neal (Minor league ballplayer); Aarons in amazing shape he demonstrates everything he wants you to do and sometimes works out with us. We still can't catch him!
Testimonial: Ray Yeck (Masters Sprinter): at age 39 and you rank among the nations top 30 sprinters. You gotta know something.
Testimonial: Paris Moore (father Univ. Oregon football player) We vsitied a few places. Getting a weekend or short course certificate is not the same as the real world experience Aaron brings. These places try to pass their trainers off as seasoned professionals, how, when their just out of school or their day job is doing something else?
I PROVIDE A NETWORK OF SUPPORT THAT WORKS TOGETHER.
I help provide or refer a full range of services to meet all an athletes needs. Therapists, Sports Psychologists, Nutritionists, Athlete representatives and sport specific coaches are all a part of the Gamespeed network.
Testimonial: James Darnell Prep Ballplayer Ranked in Top 100 (San Ramon Valley High); Aaron was able to refer me to a therapist when I hurt my hip. He kept in contact with the therapist so the work we did complimented what the therapist wanted and I was ready to go in no time.
Testimonial: Tim O'Neil (Acalanes Football); Aaron talked with my high school coach so that what I did at school was helped by what we did at Gamespeed. Everyone was on the same page it was great to see everyone working together on my behalf.
I TEACH ATHLETES HOW TO BE ATHLETES.
My job does not stop after your last rep. I talk with my clients about their athletic lives. How to conduct them daily, their mindset, approach, diet and lifestyle.
Testimonial: Matt Baugh (Baseball player Deer Valley top 30 Prep Pitcher in the nation); Aaron tells helps me with typical things like my diet but he even talks with me about my mindset, or gives me advice on how to choose a school. Man he even shows up to some of my games. He's been through some of the things I'm going through now and its nice to have someone else to talk things out with.
Testimonial: Ed Antenucci (father) Aaron has not only been a trainer but a mentor for my son. Its something thats been invaluable to this family.
I DON'T TRAIN ATHLETES TO TEST!
Improving on a battery of in-house tests does'nt necessarily mean your improving your game. Its a insincere way of pumping up an athlete. If you havent done it before , then you practice the test of course youll get better. I train athletes to perform not to test! My athletes are tested every time they go into competition. The athlete, parents, coaches and teammates are the judge of your improvement. Scores on a battery of tests means nothing when its game time.
Testimonial: Kinney Chapman (Sunwest Sports Management) Weve been using Aaron's services for our NFL hopefuls and they are always ready to go, and they dont just test well they perform! . It's unbeleivable what he can teach to them in a short period of time.
A REPUTATION YOU CAN BANK ON. RESULTS, RESULTS, RESULTS!

- Sorceror Softball 02 & 03 ASA National Champs
- 14 All Contra Costa TImes Football players (2004 Offensive Player of the year Tom Haug)

- 42 DIv I Scholarship recipients
- 12 Div II scholarship recipients in Football, Softball , Soccer, Track and Baseball.
- Six NFL draftpicks (3 in the first four rounds)
- Plus numerus local champions, finalists and enthusiasts who just enjoy sports.
Testimonial: Rob Bruno(Director NORCAL BASEBALL): For the past five or so years Aaron has been a big part of making us one of the premiere ball clubs in the nation. I tell my athletes if your within an hour drive time of Aaron go!
IMITATION IS THE SINCEREST FORM OF FLATTERY!
The training routines developed by Aaron have been imitated by more teams and trainers in the area. You can't go to one school in the area without seeing some of his routine done in some fashion.
Testimonial: James Darnell (SRV High): Some dont want to admit it, Ive seen Aaron's program "Attempted" to be duplicated by quite a few coaches and trainers trying to do it. They never get the same results, you can imitate but you can't duplicate!!
Testimonial: Brad Bergesen (Orioles Rookie, Foothill High, 2004 Athlete of The Year Contra Costa Times) : Aaron knows his stuff, Ive talked with other kids who go to other prgrams, they think they are doing what he is, if so why dont they have the results?
